Acreditaciones 

Hacemos de su conocimiento que el proceso de acreditación para los siguientes eventos y/o torneos: Entrenamiento del equipo Manchester United, Partido Chivas vs Manchester United, Torneo Apertura 2010 y Copa Santander Libertadores, tendrá que realizarlo exclusivamente en línea a través del link http://www.comunicacionchivas.com/splash.swf

Los formularios deberán enviarse a partir del jueves 8 y hasta el jueves 15 de julio como fecha límite.

La confirmación de la(s) acreditación(es) será enviada por correo electrónico a partir del lunes 19 y hasta el miércoles 21 de julio.

La respuesta de recepción no indica que su solicitud sea aceptada.

El Club Deportivo Guadalajara, S.A. de C.V. se reserva el derecho acreditar a personas y/o medios que soliciten acceso a los eventos y/o torneos antes mencionados.

Una vez aceptada la solicitud no podrán hacer cambio de personal, ya que las acreditaciones son personales e intransferibles.

Es responsabilidad del medio interesado acatar el Reglamento de Acreditaciones (http://www.comunicacionchivas.com/splash.swf), así como atender con orden y profesionalismo los lineamientos que nuestra institución le extienda.

No se dará trámite a Solicitudes de Acreditación que se generen por otra vía, esto es correo electrónico, fax, llamadas telefónicas u otras. Esto no aplica para televisoras y radiodifusoras con derecho de transmisión, así como para el caso de Acreditación Provisional en Torneo Apertura 2010 y Copa Santander Libertadores.

 

Accreditation

Below is the accreditation process for the following events/tournaments: Manchester United practice session, Chivas vs Manchester United match, Apertura 2010 tournament and Copa Santander Libertadores, which will be available exclusively online via the following link: http://www.comunicacionchivas.com/splash.swf

The accreditation form must be sent out between Thursday, July 8 and Thursday, July 15 as the final deadline.

A confirmation of an approved accreditation will be sent out via e-mail as of Monday, July 19 to Wednesday, July 21.

A courtesy reply does not indicate an approved accreditation.

Club Deportivo Guadalajara, S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to accreditate people and/or media members that solicit access to previously mentioned events and/or tournaments.

Once an application has been approved, changes will not be permitted, as the accreditation is solely for the applicant and is non-transferable.

It is the media member's responsibility to become fully knowledgeable of the Accreditation Regulations (http://www.comunicacionchivas.com/splash.swf), as well as meet the proper and professional regulations expected by the club.

No accreditation forms will be divulged via e-mail, fax, telephone or any other outlet other than the one noted above. This does not apply to television or radio stations with broadcasting rights, as well as the Provisional Accreditation for the Apertura 2010 tournament and Copa Santander Libertadores.
